If you see any of the below violations please visit myescambia.com and submit a Service Request to the county. The Escambia County Environmental Code Enforcement department will follow up with the homeowner.
The following codes/laws are enforced by Environmental Enforcement:
- Nuisance Conditions
- Land Development Code
- Public Health and Safety
- Environmental Crimes
- Unsafe Building Structures
The division will also respond to the following nuisances:
- Overgrowth
- Inoperable Vehicles
- Trash and Debris
- Land Clearing
- Fences
- Signs
- Mandatory Garbage Collection
- Mosquito Breeding Grounds
- Abandoned Tires
- Dumping
- Unsafe Structures
